We live in a 2-storey, 3 bedrooms home in a popular location in Christchurch, yet a quiet street, just 5 minutes walk to the closest park and bus stop (and not too far from one of the biggest park in New Zealand), just a few meters from supermarket and also close to bars and restaurants if you like to go out.
Our lovely home has a nice kitchen/dining room that is interconnected with our large and spacious lounge which opens to the fully fenced front yard. Downstairs is the double room which comes with queen bed, double wardrobe and tallboy, desk, heater. Toilet/ bathroom is also downstairs and next to the bedroom and is for your use as we have our own.
We have a nice backyard with a beautiful set up for bbqs or just to relax.
Please note that we also have a small dog that love people :) and also a lovely and very sociable 3y girl (who goes to the preschool during the day) - smoking is not allowed.
