Executive suburban home. We are a friendly professional working couple minutes away from a shopping centre that has a Dr + Dentist, supermarket etc. We live in a warm modern four bedroom, 2 bathroom home, lovely garden and outdoor area. We enjoy lighting up the BBQ and having a vino with friends in the summer. We are approx 15 minutes by bus to the city. We live close to some christchurchs lovely parks and walking tracks, the beach 20 minutes away by car. We offer homestay to female only. We have a small Westie terrier dog that is super friendly.
