My home is private at the end of a lane in a very quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities and the city and looks out onto a large garden with a stream boundary and is surrounded by shrubs, trees and bird life. The house is a warm modern executive home, with own guest bathroom and wifi. It is a short walk to the supermarket, Drive times to:
Airport 20 minutes City Centre 15 minutes Hagley Park 12 minutes Akaroa 1 hour and hand to southern highway to Queenstown. Close to cafes/bar, and buses to city, airport and university. Walking and mountain bike tracks are close by
The guest room available has a very comfortable double bed. It has a lovely view of the garden and is north facing enabling it to have all the afternoon sun. There is a separate bathroom and toilet for guests' use. Meals can be provided by prior arrangement
I work in education and have been hosting international visitors for many years and enjoy sharing my home with them. I enjoy meeting people and hearing about their travels and lives.
