Our house is a stand alone with lovely gardens. We are on a main road, but down a drive, so it's quieter. Open plan living, dining etc opening out to a lovely conservatory. Barbecue in back yard. We are located close to transport, shops, and restaurants. Approximately a 15min drive to beach.

Good sized home just across the road from Harcourt Park in Upper Hutt - with spare or main bedroom (with ensuite) options. 2 boys ages 9 & 11 share the house with me Wednesday-Sundays otherwise just me living in the house. Light breakfast is included in price :)
